If you weren't such a retard fit bikes you'd realize the way the Top tube and seat tube connect with that piece of metal, along with no seat clamp being on the frame because its on the other side. If you'd like a picture of the bottom of the frame that says "PREMIUM, 20.5" Etched in. I'll fucking put one up for you. Waste someones time who gives a shit.
